The service
TaskFox is an online micro-task platform. Workers complete small tasks posted by employers and earn money into their TaskFox wallet. Employers fund tasks, review the submitted proofs, and release payment when they approve the work. TaskFox provides the platform, the escrow holding of task funds, and the review and payment tools.
Your account
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts for yourself is not allowed.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date on your Profile page.
- Keep your password and your email account safe. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account.
- You must be 18 or older to use TaskFox.
Rules for workers
- Do each task yourself, honestly, and follow its instructions.
- Submit only your own genuine proof. Copied, fake, altered or purchased proofs are fraud.
- Do not use bots, automation, scripts or multiple accounts to complete tasks.
- Breaking these rules can lead to a ban. Amounts earned through fraud can be removed from the account, and related accounts can be closed.
Rules for employers
You may only post legal, genuine, clean tasks. The following are never allowed on TaskFox:
- Tasks that ask for fake sign-ups, bought likes, followers, installs or reviews.
- Tasks that ask workers for ID documents, selfies with documents, bank or card details, passwords or other personal information.
- Adult, dating, gambling or otherwise illegal tasks or content.
- Tasks that ask workers to pay money, buy anything or deposit funds.
TaskFox may remove tasks and close accounts that break these rules, without refunding amounts connected to the abuse.
Escrow, approvals and fees
- When you post a task, the reward for every place, plus the platform fee, is held in escrow from your balance. Your money is only released to the worker when you approve a proof.
- The platform fee is 10% of the task reward, charged to the employer on top of the reward. Workers always receive the full reward amount shown on the task.
- If you reject a proof, you must give a clear reason that the worker can see. The held amount for a rejected place (reward plus fee) returns to your balance.
- Review proofs within a reasonable time — workers are waiting on your decision to get paid.
Deposits
Employer deposits are currently verified by hand by our team. Your balance is credited after we confirm your transfer, which usually takes a few hours. Deposit only from an account you control, and keep your transaction reference safe in case we need it to match your payment.
Payouts to workers
- The minimum payout is Rs 500. You can withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa or Payoneer.
- Before a first payout, we may ask you to complete an identity (KYC) check, such as confirming your CNIC details, to protect your earnings from account theft.
- Payout requests are reviewed before payment is sent. Make sure the account name and number you give us are correct — we cannot recover money sent to wrong details that you provided.
Prohibited misuse
Do not use TaskFox for anything illegal, to harass or cheat other members, to attack or disrupt the website, or to collect other members' personal information. Accounts involved in misuse can be suspended or closed.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep TaskFox running, fair and secure, but the service is provided as is, and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, TaskFox is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect details provided by members, by payment providers, or by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. The current version will always be posted on this page with its updated date. Continuing to use TaskFox after a change means you accept the updated terms.
